At Opterflow.com, we aim to provide reliable CRM tools, automation systems, and customer management features to help your business grow.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services.
2. Free Trials and Demos
If a free trial or demo period is offered, we encourage you to use it to evaluate whether Opterflow meets your business needs before purchasing.
During the trial, you can explore features without being charged.
3. Subscription Payments
Our CRM plans are subscription-based and billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your selected plan.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Paragon Verve International Ltd (through our payment partner Pabbly) to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Because Opterflow is a digital, cloud-based service, we generally do not offer refunds after access has been granted or a subscription cycle has begun.
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:
- You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment.
- You cancel within 7 days of a new subscription and have not actively used the platform (logged in, added data, or triggered automations).
- A verified technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service and could not be resolved by support.
All refund requests must be sent to hello@paragonverve.com within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
