What is the secret to success? Some may say hard work, positive attitude and dedication. It is true that these three attributes plays a major role in the success stories of many entrepreneurs. But the real secret to success is failure.
We don’t often hear the rocky starts of the mega successes of many inventors, entrepreneurs, founders and leaders. We rather tend to see the flashy cars, glamour, smiles and the flashy money they have. But the truth is so many authors, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, founders and inventors were faced with lots of rejection before their great inventions and big ideas caught on.

Make your failure a learning experience. Don’t allow certain rejections and setbacks hold you down. Don’t give up in the face of failure because, ironically, past failures are directly related to your future success. Use them to motivate and push yourself to reach your goal.
Always believe in yourself, use your failure as fuel, stay positive and most importantly don’t give up till you achieve your goal. “It is unbelievable how powerful you can be when you have a clear vision.” – Lewis Howes. A clear vision allows you to focus on the end goal, rather than the temporary failures that spring up the road to distract you. Your job is quite simple; pick up the lessons along the road and focus on your goals.
Whiles you are thinking to give up because your first, second, third or even your fourth attempt failed jest remember that Thomas Edison didn’t give up after 10,000 failed attempts to invent the light bulb. Failure is just as essential to your career, no matter what your discipline. As long as you have the right attitude and view your failures as learning experiences, you can use them to push forward and achieve satisfactory results for yourself.
